Grinch Sugar Cookies:
2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
1 Cup of Sugar
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. of Baking Powder
1 tsp. of Salt
30 Drops of Liquid Green Food Coloring
Instructions: Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl and then add the eggs and vanilla. Once thoroughly combined, add the baking powder, salt and food coloring. Next add the flour into the mixture, one cup at a time, thoroughly combining as you add. Chill the dough for 1-3 hours. Roll out the batter, try to handle it as little as possible, because it will warm to your touch. Cut out desired shapes. If you want to draw hearts or the Grinch scene, use a toothpick to do that. Add sprinkles and decorate before the cookies enter the oven. Preheat the oven to 350F and let the cookies bake for about 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!
